Mapillary in the iD editor
To update OpenStreetMap with Mapillary, open your favorite browser and start editing on OpenStreetMap with the iD editor.
Click on Map Data and tick the Photo Overlay (Mapillary) box. All images captured on Mapillary will be visible for you to do your edits. You can also include detected Traffic Signs by ticking Traffic Sign Overlay (Mapillary).
You can use insights from Mapillary imagery to add new tags, validate existing attributes, and remove outdated tags.
A seamless transition from Mapillary web app to iD editor
If you discover something interesting to map while exploring areas on the Mapillary web app, just click on the three dots icon (...) on the right and select Edit via iD. This will take you right to the image in OpenStreetMap and you can start editing!

How long does it take after I upload images to Mapillary, for them to be available in OpenMapView?
At this point in time, I have uploaded about 25 images that are geolocated. They show up in Mapillary.
But they do not appear in OpenStreetMaps yet, after a few hours.
It would be helpful to give some indication in the documentation about typical times for that data to be available.
Welcome Norman! Thanks for contributing to Mapillary.
I'm not sure what you mean by OpenMapView, but Mapillary imagery is available as a layer in iD Editor. You can enable it by selecting 'Map Data' on the right hand panel and then toggling Mapillary under 'Photo Overlays'.
Your images will be visible on Mapillary once the privacy step has completed. This usually takes as a few hours. The map data generation process generally takes longer, so expect to see fully processed imagery on Mapillary after 1-2 days.
I have added some clarity to our documentation here.
