Deleting your Mapillary account and imagery

If you no longer wish to be a part of the Mapillary community, we can remove your account. As outlined in the Mapillary Terms, we can either deactivate your account or delete it completely. For this to happen, please go to your profile dashboard and request deletion by clicking Delete account button.

When you click the Delete account button, you will see two options for deleting your account.

1) Delete your account and associated data, including the imagery you contributed.

2) Delete your account and keep the imagery and associated metadata into a generic account. The images will still be visible on the platform, but will be anonymised. You will not receive any communications or be able to log in any longer.

Deleting your Mapillary Forum account

If you have an account on the Mapillary Forum, you will need to delete it separately yourself. You can do so by clicking on your profile in the top right corner. Select preferences and then 'Delete My Account'.
