If you're experiencing trouble with the Mapillary Desktop Upoader, please check the following suggestions before submitting a support request.
Checklist:
- Try closing the app and reopening it.
- Please make sure to update your Mapillary Desktop Uploader to latest version
- Close it, and start it again (this makes sure the latest version is loaded. You can check the version in the bottom right corner of the window)
If you run into any issues with the Mapillary Desktop Uploader, please submit a support request and provide the following information:
- Description of the problem (what happened vs what did you expect)
- Platform and version (macOS, Windows, Linux)
- Mapillary Desktop Uploader App version (from the "About" menu item)
- A detailed description of the steps taken
- Screenshots or videos illustrating the problem
- Logfiles (Logs can be found under "Help" menu - Desktop Uploader > Help > Logs)
