Troubleshoot image processing delays and failed sequences
Processing imagery and map data might take up to 48 hours. If you’re encountering image processing delays or failed sequences on your Mapillary feedback, please submit a support request and provide the following information:
If you have image processing delays;
- Do you see uploaded sequences on your Mapillary feed?
- If yes, please provide what’s your sequence status (Image Ingestion, Image Processing, Map Data processing and Map Update)
- When did you upload your sequence?
- What was your uploading method? (Mapillary iOS, Mapillary Android, Mapillary Desktop Uploader or mapillary_tools etc )
If you have failed sequences;
- Please go to your feed and hover over the red ‘Failed’ status on the sequence
- Please click support on the popped up message and this will help you to send a sequence key to support by email.

When viewing the sequence in a mobile browser (Chromium based browser on Android) I can't hover over "Failed" and no information is shown.
