Use your Blackvue to capture imagery for Mapillary
- Keep your device on charge during your entire capture session.

- When you are finished with your drive, stop capture by unplugging the camera from the power source.
Note: our upload tools will automatically skip uploading video from when your vehicle was stationary or stopped.
Upload Blackvue imagery to Mapillary
- Remove the SD card from your BlackVue camera
- Open the side cover.
- Press down on the SD card, then pull out to remove.
- Using the micro SD card reader, connect the memory card to your computer.
- Download the Mapillary Desktop Uploader to prepare and upload your BlackVue videos.
- Sign in with your Mapillary login credentials.
- Verify that the correct upload target is selected. Add the folder that contains your videos (you can't add video files directly).
- The files it contains will be pre-processed and you will see their location data displayed on the map. At this stage, the videos are not yet uploaded.
- If you’re trying to add a folder that contains videos that have already been processed previously, the uploader will remember that and prompt you to resume the upload.
- Click on "Upload" to upload the videos to Mapillary. It normally takes a few hours to process, after which you should be able to see your imagery on the Mapillary platform.
